Specifications include, but are not limited to: OHIO University intends to partner with a selected vendor to develop an interactive Leadership Development Program to be utilized by the Office of Information Technology (OIT) Leadership and Management team. This consists of approximately thirty (30) participants for the purpose of building up communication skills, personal coaching, strategic thinking, heightened collaboration and team building. The training events will begin in the Fall of 2019 and should continue for no longer than one year. The selected vendor is expected to design and deliver a Leadership Development Program that will include a 360-degree feedback process, a curriculum based on University priorities and current issues, a project component shaped by IT priorities and current issues, a focus on individuals with feedback and coaching, and an application of skills that targets current opportunities within higher education.
