Specifications include, but are not limited to: • To provide quarterly preventive Maintenance services and inspection to commercial kitchen equipment per manufactory recommendations to include: •!• Dishwasher •!• Steamer •!• Steam table •!• Ice machines •!• Walk in cooler •!• Walk in freezer •!• Reach in cooler •!• Hot box •!• And other small equipment • Repairs will be on an Hourly rate for labor; bidder to submit hourly rate for regular working hours, Monday through Friday (8 am to 430 pm) and non-regular working hours (4:30 pm to 8 am) Monday through Friday and all-day Saturday, Sunday and Holidays. • Contractor shall provide "on-call/on-site" service within four (4) hours of notification during regular or non-regular working hours.
