The vendor will, at a minimum, be required to: A. Conduct surveys to SNAP participants and focus groups of SNAP E&T participants in Ohio to discuss different elements/programming/interventions of the current SNAP E&T program in Ohio, such as, but not limited to: 1. Identification of successful elements; 2. Opportunities for enhancing programming and interventions; 3. Factors that may deter individuals from engaging in the SNAP E&T program; and 4. Collect additional information that could aid the State of Ohio in adopting an assessment for programming and interventions, in alignment with the SNAP E&T Policy and Guidance B. Analyze the data from the current SNAP E&T program and compare it to baseline data to evaluate outcomes related to: 1. Meeting employer needs; 2. Promoting sustained self-sufficiency; 3. Increasing basic job skills; 4. Increasing employment of participants; 5. Increasing income of participants; 6. Increasing well-being scores of participants; 7. Improving financial literacy; 8. Successful county models and the components of those models; 9. Impact on other benefit programs and what issues were not anticipated; 10. Identify barriers for the program to be successful; and 11.
