Services to be provided in the design phase may include, but are not limited to, project management, public relations/community outreach, interagency coordination, permit coordination and preparation, condition and risk assessment, hydraulic/hydrologic evaluation or modeling, cost estimating, environmental site assessment, geotechnical, survey, subsurface utility investigations, CCTV inspections, evaluation of potential real property impacts, easement requirements, titles and appraisals, and completion of all design and bidding related documentation. The selected Offeror shall provide all engineering and other related professional services to prepare construction plans and details, specifications, easement documents, and opinion of probable construction cost of the proposed improvements.
