Specifications include, but are not limited to: Initial inspection of properties to determine OCD Residential Rehabilitation Standards and State, County and local building code violations Preparation of work specification documents and cost estimates Receive and review contractor qualifications; recommend approvals Review work specifications with homeowner Preparation of bid documents; assist owner in bidding of projects Review of each property with interested contractors Analysis of bids and recommendation of successful bidder to the owner Assist owner in preparation of contract documents and change orders Conduct pre-construction conference with all concerned parties Inspection of work during construction on behalf of homeowner Final inspection and Client Satisfaction Work Sheet Follow-up inspections throughout the term of the program
