Specifications include, but are not limited to: • Four (4) hour continuous load bank test for Three (3) generator sets under supplemental loads of 25% of the nameplate rating for 30 minutes, followed by 50% of the name plate rating for 30 minutes, followed by 75% of the name plate rating for 180 minutes. Work to be completed in August each fiscal year. (Cost will not change due to weather.) • Document completion of each generator load bank test including, but not limited to: compliance w/ NFPA 110 Table 5.6.5.5 Safety Indications and Shutdowns for Level 1 and Level 2; and all calculations and results of the tests; Vendor shall supply report format for approval before actual field work is complete. • During annual load bank testing of Three(3) generator sets the vendor shall perform preventive maintenance which is to include: visually inspect each unit; necessary adjustments and tests per manufacturers specifications; procure, submit and report on generators oil sample; check all belts, hoses, radiators, coolant and DCA or equivalent analysis, heat exchangers; check battery, charger, and cable condition; check exhaust system; check governor for proper operation; check all block heaters for proper operation; check and record voltage and current readings; lnspecUtest functionality of all transfer switch's, 10 second starting/ on-line capability; replace oil and oil filters, coolant filters, air and fuel filters; clean/service radiators and louvers as needed.
