a. This project consists of renovating the CMHA Fire Loss located at 17813 Fairville Ave., Cleveland, OH 44135. This is a 1-story Apartment Unit, which has Three (3) Bedrooms, one (1) Full Bathroom, Kitchen, Living room, Porch Balcony, Laundry, and Utility Rooms. The overall scope of work will include but is not limited to carpentry, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, drywall, patch & repairs, painting, flooring, and cleaning as indicated in RYZE (Insurance Adjuster’s) Scope of Work (Attachment 1). In addition, work includes new sound attenuated exterior doors, sound attenuated windows, removal of existing and installation of new plumbing, mechanical, electrical systems, all new walls and attic insulation, siding, gutters, downspouts, all new finishes including flooring, cove base, interior doors, trim and hardware, new kitchen cabinets, counters including a bar area and new appliances, separate laundry hook ups, all new mechanical, plumbing and electrical finishes, and interior and exterior painted with interior accent walls. All Interior Colors to be selected by Owner.
