3.1 The selected vendor will have the primary responsibility for developing all recommendations for the annual update of the aforementioned five BWC reimbursement methodologies and rates. The work of the vendor would address possible changes to all reimbursement methodologies and their related rates which are used to compensate all service providers for services rendered to Ohio’s injured workers with allowed claims. The vendor will also provide support services, such as training and relevant supporting documentation, to the BWC Fee Schedule Manager and the Medical leadership team, to facilitate presentations of recommendations to the BWC Board of Directors and stakeholders, as well as implementing approved recommendations. The scope of work will apply to each of the five fee schedules, including subordinate fee schedules included within: 3.1.1 Hospital Inpatient Fee Schedule (IPPS) 3.1.2 Hospital Outpatient Fee Schedule (OPPS) 3.1.3 Ambulatory Surgery Center (ASC) 3.1.4 Professional Provider Fee Schedule (PPFS), includes the following subcomponents: a. Medical Professionals (RBRVS) b. Durable Medical Equipment (DME) c. Average Sales Price (ASP) d. Ambulance e. Anesthesia f. Ohio Medicare MAC fee schedule (CGS) g. Dental Fees h.
