Specifications include, but are not limited to: • Have the ability to categorize inventory items. • Have the ability to maintain inventory/storeroom by City standard costing structure fund, agency, object code, reporting category. • Track items issued, track items ordered, track the receipt of items and adjustments. • Provide for min-max planning and reorder point planning. • Provide the ability to display a dashboard to users configured based on role and permissions. • Be compatible with barcode and quick response (QR) code scanning, have ability to attach files or pictures, and the ability to create new user defined fields (text, date, numeric, drop down, etc.) • Have the ability to customize fields, add fields, and modify field names to match the department’s current inventory tracking methods. • System should have the ability to track warranties, expiration dates and depreciation on items.
