Specifications include, but are not limited to: OOD is seeking assistance in social media advertising to increase employment recruitment efforts for hard-to-fill positions through targeted recruitment and in accordance with OOD’s Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) strategic plan. On average, OOD has 60 job postings on an annual basis. 1) Hard-to-fill positions generally include positions that require: a) A post-secondary degree and located in rural parts of Ohio. b) A post-secondary degree and/or proficiency in American Sign Language. 2) Diversity outreach efforts would include, at a minimum: a) Individuals with disabilities; b) Women in information technology; c) Men across all fields in a social service agency; and d) Individuals from all minority groups, especially for management level positions.
