Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Lorain County Children & Families Council (Council) is soliciting proposals to provide Early Intervention Programming, consistent with the Ohio Department of Developmental Disabilities and federal guidelines. Early Intervention is a statewide program that supports the early identification, evaluation and service coordination of eligible children, birth to age three, by working in full partnership with families in homebased and community settings. The Lorain County Family & Children First Council is responsible for the grant management of the HMG – Early Intervention program. In order to support the implementation of the Help Me Grow – Early Intervention program, the Council is soliciting a qualified provider from the community to deliver direct services to eligible families.
