Specifications include, but are not limited to: The progressive design-build project will upgrade the existing older control systems and remove proprietary HVAC control systems currently residing at the Southerly WWTC, Easterly WWTP and Westerly WWTC. The upgraded HVAC control systems shall use Vykon JACEs with open BACnet protocol to support and migrate all automated HVAC systems into the District’s existing Tridium N4 Virtual Server. The intent of this project is to provide an open migration platform that will establish an open protocol from server to endpoint. The Controls System Integrator shall provide all BACnet network management as required to interface with the Vykon JACEs. This project will include all DDC level controllers and input devices, software and programming of the JACE(s) including the Graphical User Interface, development of all graphical screens, setup of schedules, trending, alarms and training. As this is an enterprise wide control system, the district requires the control logic to reside at both the local JACE level and the Virtual Server level
