Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1 Remove the building and foundation to a minimum of two (2) feet below final grade. 2 Remove the yard walks and steps. 3 Back fill the basement with clean earth or rubble fill. Spread an average of six (6") inches of clean earth over the rubble fill. 4 Grade the lot to conform to existing contours, unless otherwise specified. 5 Remove steps from the public sidewalk, repair walk in accordance with specifications of the City Engineer. (Seperate permit is required by the Engineering Division.) 6 Protect all property line fencing during wrecking operations. Property line fence to remain unless otherwise specified. 7 Take down and remove the garage/accessory building. 8 Take necessary steps to protect the adjoining property.
