Specifications include, but are not limited to: A. Credit / Debit Card Payment and Online Payment Requirements 1. Customers must be able to pay by credit / debit card at the Lima Municipal Court 2. The successful Contractor must provide credit / debit card payment processing services via the internet 24 hours a day, 7 days per week. 3. Customers must be able to pay over the phone using a credit /debit card. Please describe how your processing service would accept this type of payment (i.e., with a call center? Automated attendant? Or, the Clerk’s Office fielding the calls and performing manual entries online?) B. Service Requirements The Contractor online credit card solution must integrate with the Lima Municipal Court’s website: http://www.limamunicipalcourt.org. The Contractor shall provide the software and hardware maintenance and support required for this service and shall bear all costs associated with the creation and delivery of the service. The service shall require no expenditures by the Court. The service shall perform the following functions: 1. Customer payments will be accepted in person. 2. Customer payments will be accepted over the Court’s website 24 hours per day, 7 days per week. 3. Customer payments will be accepted over the phone. 4. The Contractor will accept payments made with Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express credit and debit cards. 5. The Contractor will inform the customer of the convenience fee before any credit or debit card number is requested. 6. The online payment solution will be integrated with the Court’s website and case management system. 7. Once an online payment is authorized, the Contractor must provide the customer with a printable receipt. 8. If a credit / debit card authorization is denied, the system must immediately notify the customer of the denial. 9. Partial payments must be accepted (where allowable by Court rules). 10. Contractor must absorb any / all of the costs associated with charge backs or refunds.
