1. Demolish existing building per City of Euclid Demolition Specifications. a. Demolition to include removal of basement walls, floor, and foundation b. Bulkhead all sewer lines per City Demolition Specifications. 2. Remove existing cement and asphalt parking lot. 3. Remove all demolition debris per City Demolition Specifications. 4. Excavation to be backfilled with clean fill and compacted to existing grade per City Demolition Specifications and Ohio Department of Transportation (ODOT) Item 203 – Excavation and Embankment Specifications. 5. Bring sloping to surrounding grade toward the direction of E. 261 Street; in a manner that will minimize the ponding of rain water. 6. Top dress bare areas per City Demolition Specifications. 7. Seed and Straw bare areas per City Demolition Specifications.
