Specifications include, but are not limited to: Inventory the current useable SF, layout, and functionality of the Martin Janis Center and the Golden Hobby Shop. Document what the spatial needs are, their current conditions, including internal and external access. Interview key staff and stakeholders to determine current operations, maintenance, and facility issues. Collect operation cost information and forecast life cycle costs the department will be facing in the next 3-5 years with current programming and facilities. Gather information on opportunities and wishes going forward that the current facilities have not been able to provide. Assist the department on a discovery phase to: Identify and analyze potential sites for reconciling services that could feasibly and affordably be combined. Develop a matrix of opportunities and constraints. Key criteria includes: site conditions, layout, access, participant proximity, control and ownership of the property, partnership opportunities. Estimate costs associated with any potential relocations, building rehabilitation, longterm facility costs.
