The Civil Service Commission will have various assessor groups come into Columbus, and we provide, if possible, vehicle rental accommodations. The Commission will need the lowest-priced options of either mid-size SUVs or minivans (Nissan Rogue, Toyota RAV 4, Toyota Sienna, Honda Odyssey, or similar) at the time of the reservation. CONDITIONS OF RENTAL: 1. All midsize SUVs/minivans are to be available at 8:00 a.m. on arrival day at the John Glenn Columbus International Airport (CMH) and reserved until 12:00 p.m. on departure day; 2. All midsize SUVs/minivans will be returned to the John Glenn Columbus International Airport (CMH) by 12:00 p.m. on departure day; 3. The Vendor and the Commission may shorten or extend the rental period by mutual consent; 4. No later than seven (7) days prior to the arrival day, the Commission will notify selected vendor for the names of the individuals who will be operating the midsize SUVs/minivans for the duration of the rental period, or, where applicable, will make the reservation through a customer business account for the Commission.
