Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. Construct a new Obstruction Light Pole 3 directly adjacent to the existing pole. The new pole is to be an FAA L-119, MG-30 pole with an FAA L-810 red steady burning LED, night vision compatible dual obstruction light mounted on top of the pole. The obstruction lights are to be powered by rehabilitated 120V and new solar powered electrical services. Pole 3 to be shortened and reused for electrical service and distribution equipment. 2. Construct a new Obstruction Light Pole 4 directly adjacent to the existing pole. The new pole is to be approximately 65’ tall, steel high-mast pole with a mechanical lowering device. The pole is to have an FAA L-810 red steady burning LED, night vision compatible dual obstruction light mounted to the lowering device. The obstruction lights are to be powered by rehabilitated 120V and new solar powered electrical services. Pole 4 to be reused for electrical service and distribution equipment. 3. Include other miscellaneous construction items related to the construction of the new obstruction lights and poles.
