Description

Specifications include, but are not limited to: Contractor shall be responsible for receiving and dispatching emergencies and other work order calls 24 hours per day. Contractor will be responsible for dispatching emergencies from pre-determined list provided by GDPM and follow procedures established for other calls not listed as emergencies that may need a response from GDPM maintenance or other staff members. Contractor will be responsible for dispatching all emergencies and other calls within ten (10) minutes of receiving calls and following GDPM established procedures when contacting staff personnel.
