• ODOT is gathering information for an all-encompassing solution that can provide the following functionality: o eSignature o Document Management o Document Storage o Document Generation o Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) o Customized Branding o Customizable Document Templates o Automated Workflows/Process Automation o Business process automation (BPA) o Automated Email Notifications o Conditional Logic/Branching on forms o Likert scales on forms o External sharing on forms (view outside of the organization) o Batch Scanning or scan to integration o Reporting & analytics o SOC 1, 2, and/or 3 certified o If a Cloud-hosted solution, following NIST, ISO/IEC or similar standards o FEDRamp certified o User Access Management o Mobile Friendly o Forms with Pre-filled URL capabilities o Forms that allow attachment uploads, pdf, excel, pdf, jpeg etc. o Forms that allow export of data to excel or PDF o Integrates with Microsoft PowerBi o Integrates with Microsoft Outlook o Audit trails o Authentication, authorization, and single sign-on (SSO): SAML and OAuth 2.0 via ADFS or OKTA o If cloud hosted – vendor must complete a Cloud Services Agreement with the agency
