Consecutive numbering (3 positions) in black required. A. SIZE: 2” x 5 ½”. B. STOCK: White 4 mil soft vinyl, pressure sensitive permanent and water proof. The adhesive on all stickers shall be of a pressure sensitive type, permanent and waterproof having initial tack without cold flow. It shall form a durable bond to any well painted or unpainted corrosion proof material. Each plate sheet shall have a backing sheet or paper liner that prevents damage to the label. Acrylic clear coat shall be applied to each sticker. C. PRESSWORK: Screen printed PMS 319C with ultra violet inks plus acrylic clear coat. Black numbering. INK: PMS 319 C background with reverse to white copy using ultra violet fade resistant, water proof inks, black numbering with an acrylic clear coat. E. BINDERY: Thermal die-cut as kiss cut. All serial numbers shall be printed in black ink and must appear in three locations on each sheet. They must appear in the upper right-hand corner of each sheet and must also be printed in the blank space below the 2018 on each decal. The exact serial number specified on the printing order shall be furnished without any overages, underage or duplicated numbers as the quantities of material ordered are computer programmed for consignment and sales. There shall be no missing numbers. The shipping papers and the packages or boxes must accurately show the quantity and series range of the material furnished. The division reserves the right to require the vendor to replace the entire series range printed, at no additional cost to State, where the vendor’s printing errors results in nonsequential series numbers within the specified series range.
