Renovation of heating and air conditioning at Berlin Wildlife Area Headquarters; North end Heat pump and furnace replacement; Supply and install 1 new unused Carrier: 14.3 seer 2 2 ½ ton heat pump with dual fuel control along with 1 Carrier 96% efficient 100,000 BTU LP furnace; One additional supply line to bathroom must be installed with the rest of existing duct work to be reused. All controls, line sets, thermostats, wiring, must be included in pricing. All shipping, installation (including electrical hook up), removal, labor, and material costs must be provided. South end; Supply and install 1 new unused Carrier 96% efficient 100,000 BTU LP gas furnace. Reconnect to supply ductwork, LP gas, electric, vents and drains. Install new return plenum and filter grill as dictated by Division of Wildlife staff. All controls, line sets, thermostats, wiring, must be included in pricing. All shipping, installation (including electrical hook up), removal, labor, and material costs must be provided. All equipment should be installed according to local building codes and standards. Removal of all old equipment shall be the responsibility of contractor.
