DESCRIPTION: The purpose of this Invitation to Bid (ITB) is to obtain a contractor to provide 50,000 copies of the Wild Ohio for Kids Magazine 2025 Journal Edition for use by the Ohio Department of Natural Resources by July 16, 2025. 2. QUANTITY: 50,000 Total; 4. SPECIFICATIONS: This is a full color 24 page 8.5in x 11in magazine, self cover, saddle stitched with full bleeds throughout. The magazine is intended to be write-friendly on all pages. A. PRESSWORK: 24 total pages / self cover / full color / two-sided / full bleed / saddle stitch; B. SIZE: 8.5in x 11in; C. STOCK: 60# text / white / opaque / uncoated (write-friendly surface); D. INK: Four (4) color process at a minimum of 200 dpi. E. ARTWORK: Artwork is ready at vendor request. A high-quality print pdf with 0.25in bleeds on all sides with offset cropmarks will be provided to the awarded vendor via email or vendor ftp portal. F. BINDERY: All magazines are to be saddle stitched. G. PACKAGING: Magazines are to be carton packed in 200lbs. test corrugated cardboard boxes, 100-200 magazines per box, and each box labeled “WildOhio for Kids 2025 Journal”. Label Information (on outside of box) is to indicate the title and total quantity within. A single box shall not exceed 40lbs
