Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Department of Public Utilities (DPU), Division of Water is soliciting proposals a professional engineering services agreement for the Water Distribution System SCADA Improvements project, CIP No. 690522-100001, Contract No. 2358. This Division of Water’s distribution system SCADA operation consists of a main control center, backup control center, and remote locations including booster stations, storage tanks, pressure reducing valves, water treatment plant discharge pumping operations, and master meters. This project will include the design of state of the art SCADA system improvements. The initial phase of this contract will include a cybersecurity study, radio evaluation, SCADA system hardware evaluation, SCADA operating system evaluation, and graphics package upgrade evaluation.
