The Department of Developmental Disabilities, Warrensville Development Center located at 4325 Green Road, Highland Hills, Ohio is seeking professional services to remodel 24 resident bathrooms and 7 resident kitchens. The facility completed a prototype during 2018/2019, but the remaining resident bathrooms/kitchens have not been renovated in over 30 yrs. Prototype House - House 5 The facility would like to complete work in houses: 1 and 2 – These buildings are half the size of the other houses - 7,395sf 4, 7, 8 and 9 – These buildings are 14,791sf The existing utilities were reworked to include residential refrigerators The bathrooms are a shared restroom facility HVAC is new Generator is new The development of a Design and Phasing plan as the Program of Requirements (POR) will also be included as part of the Professional Design as an Additional Service. The project scope will be evaluated, prioritized, and defined to align with the project budget. Evaluation of the project construction schedule will also be a part of the POR stage.
