Specifications include, but are not limited to: ● Designing, allocating and managing the school video security system for participating public schools; ● Recruitment and management of a technical team and support staff to support the ongoing use and maintenance of the camera system; ● The purchase and manage the maintenance of cameras, cabling, Ethernet switches, servers, and storage; ● Establish a server infrastructure from an independent but adjacent facility co-located with TPS at a Buckeye TeleSystems facility; ● Establish a back-up server facility at a location of their choice.; ● Establish UPS capability at all school as ensure UPS is a part of the Buckeye facility contract.; ● Ensure compliance to all federal, state, and local statutory requirements; ● Oversee the purchasing, storage distribution, and management of the needed parts inventory; ● Having a sufficient technology capability to be able to share monthly system performance reports and collaboratively utilize the data to improve security services within the district; ● Manage their service relationships with participating schools and TPS security; ● Participate in a vendor performance management system which requires the collecting and submitting of monthly performance data for a portfolio of metrics
