Specifications include, but are not limited to: produce, execute and edit professional quality videography to be used for (but not limited to), service promotion, ridership promotion, special event promotion, and social media strategy in support of the LinkUS Initiative.; Contractor must have full video production and graphic design capabilities (equipment, editing software, story boards in an approved format, full scale lighting, and the ability to acquire talent). ; Contractor must complete projects in a timely manner according to the schedule articulated by the LinkUS Engagement Team, of which COTA is a member of. Complete projects include the transfer of the completed, approved video to a COTA employee via email or file transfer. The Project Manager for this contract will be within COTA Marketing; the oversight of the COTA decisions as it pertains to the LinkUS Engagement Team is handled by the VP of Corporate Communication, Government Affairs and External Relations.
