2.1. Overview Through this RFP, AGO seeks the following: The selected offeror shall provide the AGO with high quality support, maintenance, training, development and installation services for upfitted surveillance vehicle platforms. This must include operational protocols: • The maintenance and warranty of this solution for a period of twenty-four (24) months. • Provision of training for optimal use of the surveillance platforms by OOCIC staff. 2.2. Requirements The objective of this solicitation is to procure camera surveillance system technology that is available off the shelf or that can be built and installed within two (2) existing transit-style vans. 2.2.1 Solution Requirements The proposed solution must provide the following: 1. Five-camera system that covers views from the front, driver side, passenger side, and rear of the vehicle, along with one camera on the top of the vehicle that is concealed in a manner consistent with a delivery or work style van (rack, PVC, or other method). 2. All five cameras must be Pan-tilt-zoom (PTZ) cameras. 3. The cameras must be concealed from the view of the public. o Windows on the van can be tinted if needed. 4. The front, rear, and side facing cameras must be contained within the vehicle and on moveable (swivel or pivot) arms. 5. The camera system must be able to transmit the video via cellular signal to be viewed remotely from offsite locations. 6. Must be compatible with the Internet Video & Imaging (IVI), ViewCommander IP Camera Software. 7. Must be able to function for a minimum of 7-days (168 hours).
