The Contractor shall provide all lighting solutions, photometric analysis, personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, transportation, rental equipment, demolition and all other items necessary to complete the work as described in the Scope of Work. The existing interior and exterior light fixtures and controls for the USPFO facility will need to be updated to correctly meet the lighting requirements for operational tasks. The facility has a total of 370 fixtures that can be separated into 333 interior lighting system fixtures, with 26 exterior fixtures and 10 parking area light pole mounted fixtures. All LED fixtures, lighting controls, exit signs are to be replaced, and all night light/ emergency light locations will be updated as detailed in the Basis of Design (BOD) and the Request for Proposal (RFP).
