Specifications include, but are not limited to: The scope of this agreement shall require Bidder to provide qualified and reliable security guards at assigned District locations to effect maximum protection to the personnel, property, buildings and equipment against injury, molestation, loss or damage from preventable cause, including (but not limited to) fire, structure or equipment failure, theft, vandalism, trespass or other violation of the law. Post orders shall be site-specific and may require roving (walking) security patrols in addition to standing security posts. This contract requires that Security Agency be responsible for providing continued, uninterrupted security services under all conditions, including (but not limited to): threat of a strike or the actuality of a strike, adverse weather conditions, a disaster, or other emergency situation.
