Specifications include, but are not limited to: The project is at the Greater Cleveland Regional Transit Authority’s (GCRTA) Triskett District Bus Facility located at 13405 Lakewood Heights Boulevard in the City of Cleveland (44107). The work involves the installation of a two inch (2”) communication conduit with a six (6) conductor burial sixteen (16) gauge shielded cable and pull string with three (3) ground boxes from the card reader at the pedestrian gate at south end of employee’s parking north to janitor’s closet in garage. The parking lot is asphalt with a concrete lane and motorcycle parking area along installation limits. The pavements will be saw cut at excavation limits with a two feet (2’) deep trench excavated for installation of conduit. A ground box will be installed at each end for final transitions and at the angle point near the middle of conduit run. The trench will be backfilled with low strength mortar (LSM) to the pavement limits with the pavements replaced in kind. This project shall include all labor, material, equipment and supervision necessary to complete the job in a workmanlike manner consistent with recognized good practice and latest building codes requirements.
