The vendor’s training courses shall be designed to provide ODOT employees classroom training for the concepts listed below. The vendors’ testing shall include both a written or electronic test and a performance test based on these same concepts. The written or electronic and performance test should be conducted separately yet held on the same day. Participants will be required to pass both the written or electronic test, as well as, the performance test. The performance test will require the employee to demonstrate hands-on proficiency in performing each standard. The written or electronic and performance test will be proctored and scored by an instructor/monitor who holds suitable qualifications to evaluate the employee’s performance in the test procedure. The grading of the written or electronic test and the performance test will be separate.
