The Operator shall be responsible for the following aspects of the traditional European-style Christmas Market: ● Set-up of all booths and associated infrastructure of the Market in Riverside Crossing Park, including sanitation bins, storage areas, fire pits, holiday lighting and decorations, signage and any other market-related infrastructure needs ● Day-to-day operations of opening, maintaining and closing the Market each day, including sanitation, security, vendor support and customer service ● Generating direct revenues for the event, including sponsorship and rental fees; the final cost-sharing model will be considered as part of contract negotiations ● Booths should be kept in very good condition. For example, no panel gaps, unfinished surfaces, messy wires, visible or disorganized back-of-house stuff, or unprofessional signage. The City will supply a list of guidelines to the Operator and the Operator will supply a list of guidelines to the vendors ● Market hours should be strictly enforced and all vendors trained to have their booths open and staffed during market hours...
