The purpose of this Invitation to Bid (ITB) is to obtain a contractor to provide Traditional Decals and Traditional Duplicate Decals 2026 and Alternative Decals and Alternative Duplicate Decals 2026 for use by the Ohio Department of Natural Resources. TOTAL QUANTITY: 277,000 (exact quantity) See below for break down; QUANTITY: 135,000 of the 2029 Traditional Decals, Exact quantities only, no overrun, or under runs allowed. 2026 Traditional Decals (Expiration 2029) 130,000 – Exact quantities only, no overrun or under runs allowed; 2026 Traditional Duplicate Decals (Expiration 2029) 5,000- Exact quantities only, no overrun or under runs allowed; SPECIFICATIONS: A. SIZE: Traditional Decals shall have a plate size-3” x 6” – Set of two (2) decals to a sheet, each 3” x 3”, split perpendicular down the middle between the two decals. The backing sheet shall be trimmed to 3” x 6” (no excess). B. STOCK: All decals shall be Tampermark, Securmark or Tamper Evident type material with adhesive back that will expose the wording “VOID” when removed after initial application. Decals shall be at least 1 mil in thickness and shall have a 1 mil over laminate to protect the printing. The entire manufacturing process including the application of the adhesive must be completed in the bidder’s plant.
