Specifications include, but are not limited to: security services in our tower and annex buildings; This Request for Proposal is for 24 hours a day, 7 days a week security service in our tower and annex buildings. The selected vendor will be required to provide a cell phone for the on-site supervisor, uniforms, and operational and safety instruction to all assigned security staff at all times during the term of the contract. The selected vendor will be required to prepare and update post orders, policies, procedures and weekly staffing spreadsheets for the OPERS staff to review. They will be responsible for the operation of the Milestone video system and Lenel access monitoring.
