The bids should include grinding any necessary areas for smooth transition, sweep and clean to remove loose debris, apply a tack coat of SS#1 for proper adhesion, pre-level with 448-1l surface course asphalt, install two inches of 448-1 surface course asphalt, roll and compact designated area and re-stripe new pavement in white. It will be the responsibility of the bidder to familiarize themselves with the facility and any or all abnormalities that may be present. Care shall be taken to prevent any damage to existing facilities and to insure prompt completion
