All correspondence must be made through the Vendor Portal. Specifications include, but are not limited to: Service must be fiber based for 100Mbps and greater circuits at each remote site location. If fiber is not available, please include construction costs to provide fiber connectivity at 100Mbps. • Each physical address will only require one circuit. • Monthly recurring costs must be kept to a minimum. • Customers will order circuits with Fiber (100mb) port Customer interface. • Pricing must indicate whether the service will be delivered to a Minimum Point of Entry (MPE) or include any needed Demarc extension into the customer’s site. • Aggregation links into OARnet PoP location must be at least 1 Gbps with Single Mode fiber delivery at the customer interface. • Services and pricing to each remote site location must include support for at least 2 unique VLAN IDs. • Circuits should be ready for customer use within 90 – 120 days of order. • 60-Month Term commitments should be the standard. • SLA Guarantees must meet the following minimum requirements: • Network Availability >99.99% • Packet Delivery Rate >99.90% • Latency (one way) <25ms • Jitter <20ms
