1. The contractor will provide programming and assist in facilitation for in-person and virtual meetings noted below. Contractor will coordinate with ODHE staff regarding facilitation process and topics to be covered at each meeting. a. Fall Ohio Learning Network Meeting: 10/2/25 In-person in Columbus, OH b. Fall Ohio Biology Initiative Meeting: 10/24/25 Virtual c. Fall Ohio Chemistry Initiative Meeting: 10/24/25 Virtual d. Spring Ohio Learning Network Meeting: 2/5/26 Virtual e. Spring Ohio Biology Initiative Meeting: 3/2/26 In-person in Columbus, OH f. Spring Ohio Chemistry Initiative Meeting: 3/2/26 In-person in Columbus, OH 2. Contractor will develop, produce and present a professional development (“PD”) series for faculty focused on curricular and instructional issues inherent to both provision of corequisite support and Freshman STEM course redesign. The PD series will consist of 8-14 sessions which may be live (and recorded at time of delivery) or pre-recorded. It will be presented virtually, and contractor will be responsible for addressing questions and comments from participants. If live, the PD series recordings will be made available to OhioSSS participants who are unable to attend the live session(s). PD series will begin no later than 9/12/25. 3. Contractor will develop, produce and present a professional development (“PD”) series for faculty and administrators focused on systemic and practical issues inherent to provision of corequisite support and student momentum in STEM majors (including, but not limited to, multiple measures and other placement considerations, academic advising, course registration, credit hours and transfer considerations). The PD series will consist of 8-14 sessions which may be live (and recorded at time of delivery) or pre-recorded. It will be presented virtually, and contractor will be responsible for addressing questions and comments from participants. If live, the PD series recordings will be made available to OhioSSS participants who are unable to attend the live session(s). PD series will begin no later than 9/12/25.
