A. Contractor shall provide twenty-one (21) modular office cubicles with the following specifications: i. Brand and Style Requirement 1. Contractor shall provide Tayco brand and Cosmopolitan style cubicles. a. OOD will only accept Tayco brand and Cosmopolitan style cubicles. ii. Configuration 1. Each cubicle shall be configured as 6 ft x 8 ft, four-sided, with a curved corner. iii. Panel frames and fabric tiles 1. Contractor shall provide single panel frames with Grade One (1) fabric tiles. 2. Final color of fabric tiles will be determined after the contract is awarded. iv. Countertops 1. Contractor shall provide the following for each of the twenty-one (21) cubicles: a. One (1) 5-sided curved corner countertop b. One (1) 36-inch straight countertop c. One (1) 60-inch straight countertop v. Under-Desk Cabinets 1. Contractor shall provide the following for each of the twenty-one (21) cubicles: a. One (1) two-drawer locking cabinet b. One (1) three-drawer locking cabinet c. All cabinets shall be keyed alike per cubicle and include two (2) spare keys per cubicle. vi. Electrical outlets 1. Contractor shall include electrical outlets with power access points routed through the baseboard. a. Contractor shall provide two (2) power modules in each cubicle, giving each cubicle eight (8) outlets. i. Contractor shall install one (1) power module under the 60" straight countertop and one (1) power module under the 5-sided countertop. b. Contractor shall provide power poles in all pods. 2. The final electrical connection will be completed by an OOD-preferred contractor.
