Tiffin Developmental Center is soliciting for the Installation of Fencing, both chain link and aluminum. AREA #1 Brubaker Rear of Building: Adding Approximately 635 lineal feet of 4’ tall chain link fencing. Remove and reuse as much as possible of approximately 260 lineal feet of existing 4’ tall chain link fencing. Addition of a 10’ wide gate, 4’ tall chain link, with a latch that is capable of being locked with a pad lock. AREA #2 Brubaker Drop Off Entrance Adding Approximately 30 lineal feet of industrial grade aluminum fence 5’ tall with a 5’ wide gate and push bar for egress and handle for entrance. (non-locking). Fencing should be equal to Elite EFF-20 industrial grade AREA #3 Brubaker Front Entrance Adding Approximately 24 lineal feet of industrial grade aluminum fence 5’ tall with a 5’ wide gate and push bar for egress and handle for entrance. (non-locking) Fencing should be equal to Elite EFF-20 industrial grade AREA #4 Garza Swing Area, Install approximately 95 lineal feet of aluminum industrial grade fence 5’ tall (as close to matching existing fence) with a 6’ wide gate to match and push bar egress on inside and lockable handle with Best SFIC keyed entry.
