The scope of the Work to be accomplished by the successful Bidder or Bidders includes all labor, equipment and material necessary to perform all Work as specified in and per the terms of this Bid Package for the two (2) specified buildings, which includes without limitation the Technical Specifications (which contain Detailed Conditions and Specifications, Building Exterior Paint Color Chart and Special Conditions), MU Paint Product Supplement Sheet 2023, and Prevailing Wage information, all of which are collectively, the “ContractDocuments.” Option to Award: Any agreement entered into as a result of this inquiry may be awarded to one vendor or to several as multiple awards, whichever is in the best interest of the purpose and intent of the University.
