Specifications include, but are not limited to: The successful firm shall provide architectural and engineering services in accordance with the Downtown Buildings Program. Preparation of bid specifications and plansfor each portion of the project, conduct mandatory prebid meetings, post bid meetings with lowest and best bidder, review bids and provide recommendations. Visit project sites throughout projects to ensure specifications and plans are being followed as documented. Prepare change order documents, if unforeseen circumstances warrants the need for a change in the scope of work on the projects. Follow proper change order procedures and notify Planning Commission Director immediately if a change work order is needed. Successful firm will communicate regularly with Planning Commission Director and Village Administrator regarding the progress of project(s), so that he may address any issues or questions as they arise.
