Firms interested in being considered for a contract to provide services for a Water and Sanitary Systems Asset Valuation Study for the Northwestern Water and Sewer District and the City of Perrysburg should submit a Statement of Qualifications, which should include information regarding the firm’s competence to perform professional design services indicated by the technical training, education, and experience of the firm’s personnel. Statements should also include information relating to workload and the availability of qualified personnel, equipment and facilities and past performance of the firm as reflected by the evaluations of previous clients. Statements shall address the firm’s familiarity with the District and the City of Perrysburg and shall include previous experience with other public agencies in Wood County, Ohio
