QUANTITY: 8,000 (exact quantity); 4. SPECIFICATIONS: 36PGS + COVER (40 total pgs), 8.5 X 8.5, 4 COLOR PROCESS, SADDLESTITCH, SHRINK IN 50'S, CARTON PACK A. PRESSWORK: 2-sided. four color process' B. PAPER: Paper for the cover of the booklet will be silk 80# cover stock. Interior pages will be matte 80# dull text. Booklet will need to be trimmed to 8.5"w x 8.5"h with full bleed. The booklet should be scored and folded to prevent cracking along the spine. Saddle Stitched. A very high-quality printing is required by the Survey for this booklet, therefore offset printing is requested. The booklet must be free of Newton rings, hickeys, spots, extraneous marks, and moiré patterns. Registration must be exact from one sheet to another and from one color to another. Type quality must be clear and uniform throughout. Ink must not be too heavy as to muddy or plug screens and type, nor may it be so light as to make it hard to read, washout colors, or break up type. C. SUPPLIED TO VENDOR: A low-res version of the artwork has been provided for bidding purposes only. Artwork will be a high resolution raster-based format (tif, jpg, png, psd). D. PACKAGING: SHRINK IN 25’s, CARTON PACK; E. A PRESS CHECK IS REQUESTED FOR THIS PRINTING TO ENSURE COLOR MATCH AND QUALITY. Booklets should be shrink-wrapped in packs of 25 each. Carton packing should not exceed 50 lbs. per box.
