SET-UP, REPAIR & MAINTENANCE RESPONSIBILITIES: A. The Concessionaire shall provide and maintain booking software including, but not limited to capability for customers to make online reservations, collect fees from the renters, provide all proprietary hardware (i.e. locks, lockers, and communication hub), provide to the Park Manager all rental and safety equipment with adequate attic stock of all rental and safety equipment as determined by the Park Manager, and provide virtual customer support during all hours of operation. B. The Concessionaire shall provide and set up and maintain throughout the term of the Lease all equipment and kiosks at each state park location. Equipment shall include all informational, safety, and sanitizing signage. C. The Department shall provide weekly visual inspection of boats, life jackets, paddles, boating safety equipment and periphery kiosk equipment and shall notify the Concessionaire of any issues that need resolved. D. The Department may clean rental equipment, if needed. E. The Department may perform minor maintenance on Concessionaire proprietary hardware (i.e. replace lock batteries, replace locks) and rental equipment.
