This project consists of 1.) the removal of the existing West Elevation exterior single metal entry door (including all door hardware, closer, door pull, and etc.), Frame, and replacing with a new 16 ga. Hollow Metal Insulated Door ±42” x 84” (verify in field), with a narrow vision lite (± 5” W x 22” H), including all new door hardware, closer, push plate, continuous gear hinge, stainless steel kickplate (both sides of door), stainless steel metal heavy duty ADA Threshold and stainless steel recessed door pull, as required, primed, finish, and painted. Door color/finish to be selected by Owner. In addition, remove the existing aluminum side glass and frame system, and replace it with new aluminum storefront system frame (verify in field the required size)...
