• Youth basketball Officials o Officials must have a basic knowledge of the sport of basketball. o Officials must be OHSAA certified. o Be able to provide a of max of 2 officials at 4 different games/sites at a time. ▪ Games are primarily played on Fridays-Saturdays. o Season runs from January through March. o Able to adjust OHSAA rules and abide by the City of Dayton Select and Citywide rules and regulations. • Youth basketball time/scorekeepers o Time/scorekeepers must have a basic knowledge of the sport of basketball. o Able to operate Sportable and Varsity brand digital scoreboards. o Able to use a Marwort Mark V Basketball Scorebook to manually track and record individual and team field goals, fouls, free throws, timeouts and jump ball possessions. o Be able to provide a of max of 1 timekeeper and 1 scorekeeper at 4 different games/sites at a time ▪ Games are primarily played on Wednesdays-Saturdays. o Season runs from January through March. • Youth NFL Flag Football Officials o Officials must have a basic knowledge of the sport of football. o Have a officiating certification by an accrediting organization is preferred. o Able to adjust NFL Flag rules and abide by the City of Dayton Select and Citywide rules and regulations. o Be able to provide a of max of 2 officials at 2 different games/sites at a time. ▪ Games are primarily played on Saturday mornings. o Season runs from September through November. • Youth Baseball Umpires o Umpires must have a basic knowledge of the sport of baseball. o Officials must be OHSAA certified. o Be able to provide a of max of 1 official at 4 different games/sites at a time. ▪ Games are primarily played on Wednesdays-Saturdays. o Season runs from June through August
