Specifications include, but are not limited to:The Ohio Casino Control Commission (OCCC) is seeking proposals from qualified contractors to deliver a public awareness campaign designed to prevent the harassment and abuse of college athletes by those engaged in sports gaming. The College Athlete Abuse Prevention Campaign will be designed as a public awareness campaign used to primarily target those who engage in sports gaming in Ohio, Ohio collegiate athletic departments, Ohio college athletes, and Ohio collegiate campus life to prevent the harassment of college student athletes. The selected applicant must conduct research to inform conceptual direction for campaign strategies, a campaign website, and campaign materials. The proposal must demonstrate how the following deliverables will be achieved: 3 • Develop a project plan for all deliverables • Conduct both review-based and qualitative research to inform conceptual direction of campaign • Develop campaign strategies designed to prevent the harassment of college student athletes • Develop campaign website and website materials • Develop campaign materials, including video and audio public service announcements and marketing assets • Develop toolkits for statewide and local partners to access and utilize campaign materials • Coordinate co-branding efforts with statewide and local partners
