The City of Dayton, Department of Recreation seeks proposals from a design firm that specializes in splash pads for the purpose of surveying the City’s (7) seven splash pads and making recommendations for upgrading current splash pad features, plumbing and/or expanding the splash pad footprint. The City is also seeking design and installations services for up to (3) three new splash pads located within the city limits. These renovations and/or additions may include landscaping and engineering services. This project may be by a single firm or from teams composed of a lead firm and sub-consultant firms. The City of Dayton intends to contract with one “lead” first to develop a plan of improvements and additions, plans and construction documents and oversee construction for improvements and new installations. The contract documents will be a design-build delivery method.
