The vendor shall provide all necessary materials, tools, equipment, labor, and supervision required to perform the services. Vendor shall observe all applicable standards and regulatory laws including, but not limited to safety equipment such as reflective vests, vehicle flasher, traffic cones, etc., per the Work Zone Safety Specification as defined in the Manual of Uniform Traffic Control Devices (Mutcd), latest edition, as published by the Federal Highway Administration and the Ohio Department of Transportation. Contractor shall clear snow and de-ice as necessary all service roads and parking lots (shaded in red), and all plazas, sidewalks, and building entrances (shaded in blue), on the attached drawings. Service is to be provided to each location by 7:00 am to ensure County operations continue. If snowfall begins after 7:00 am, services shall be performed to provide for safe driving and foot traffic and to maintain building access.
